Enlightening Minds Since 1954
St. Joseph's Govt. Aided High School — a 71-year legacy of holistic education for girl children, shaping well‑rounded individuals and responsible global citizens.
Our Story
From a thatched shed to a beacon of learning
On 18 June 1954, our school began its journey in a humble thatched shed in front of the church. Though modest in its origins, growth has been both gradual and remarkable.
Today, we proudly educate over 750 students, guided by a devoted team of teaching and non‑teaching staff.
Our mission is the holistic development of girl children — fulfilling the vision of our founder, Rev. Fr. Louis Savinien Dupuis.
